RETURNS
What is your Return Policy?
At RedChic Boutique, we understand that sometimes your dream item didn’t end up being all that dreamy. We are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit ONLY for the amount of the item(s). - Exchanges for the same style/different size will always be free! Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
If an even exchange is needed for a different size, there is no charge for returning item(s).
Items marked FINAL SALE may not be returned, refunded or exchanged. Our sale items are an example of final sale items.
All returns/exchanges must be done within 10 days of order delivery/pickup date. After discussing returns or exchanges with us, you have 5 days to bring your items back to us. If it's past the 5 days, you will no longer qualify for a refund or exchange.
Items must be unwashed, unstained, unworn, and still have the tags intact. If items appear worn, have makeup or other stains, excessive pet hair, or smell of smoke or perfume, your return WILL NOT be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
We check all items before packing, they do not leave our place if they have stains or tears. Once they leave our place, everything is in your hands.
NON-RETURNABLE: Final sale items are Jewelry & Accessories, hair clips or bows, cups, bags, candles, and signs. Shoes must be returned in their original box or bag provided. If there is any damage to the original package, your return will not be accepted.
Store credit will come as a coupon code for you to enter at checkout with your new items in the shopping cart. Store credit expires 1 year after it is issued.
Items not meeting the above guidelines will be returned to you at your expense; after 15 days all non-returnable merchandise will be donated. For additional information on returns, or if you have a question that wasn’t answered, please email us.
How long do I have to pickup my items?
You have 10 days to pickup your order. If it's past the 10 days, items will go back on the sale rack for someone else to purchase. This is even if you have paid for your items, you will not receive a refund after the 10 days. This also includes exchanges.
How do I return my merchandise?
Follow our easy steps for a hassle-free return.
1. Please review our return policy to be sure your return meets our requirements. Returns that do not meet requirements will not be accepted. NO STORE CREDIT will be given if we do not approve your return item.
2. Place merchandise in a shipping safe box or envelope with the original invoice included. You will pay to ship the return or you will drop off the item in our tote at the house pick-up address.

When will my return be processed?
We typically process all returns within 5-7 business days. Once processed, you will receive an email showing it has been completed and your credit coupon is available for use! We appreciate your patience around the holidays and busy months.
What if my item is damaged or defective?
We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged item. Please provide photos of the damage for discussion.
EXCHANGES
How does the exchange process work?
If you would like to exchange the same item for a different size, you may message us and we will place the correct size out for you to pick-up. At pick-up, you will place the exchange in the tote with your name on it. We will not ship exchanges. All other returns are for store credit only.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes!
Our inventory moves quickly, so we recommend purchasing the new size now. Return the original size to us within 5 days of discussing with us and pick-up your new item.
Return the unwanted size to us. A credit will be issued if the item has sold out.
Please be aware that sale items are final sale along with others listed below and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. We are making room for new items in the boutique!
